Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay for 4 nights. I was offered a room with fantastic views of the valley beyond. The breakfast was great cooked and savoury with a wide range of meals to choose from. This accommodation was in the central location to 3 gardens.

Overall clean and charming old place, has incredible views of the valley beyond. The location is perfectly comfortable and easy, near the Eden Project and the local coastal towns and villages, and a nearby restaurant in Charles town, which was fantastic - couldn't be better. Also, it's 3 km from a historical museum.

Think that this nicely decorated and incredibly friendly hotel is beyond compare, really enjoyed it. The place is reasonably clean, the room is en suite, the stuff is very amiable and so caring. The restaurant serves wonderful Indian food.

The location was amazing - not far from the harbor from where the water taxi's depart for Falmouth as well as the coastal villages and tourist attractions. Moreover, it was just a short walk away from Carlyon Bay Golf Club. The room was great-sized in general, with lovely views.

Everything was very good in this beautifully designed hotel. Beautifully maintained room with the window open and great cooked breakfast. An electric kettle, central heating, and television were nice. Absolutely perfect location to all areas of Cornwall, easy to get around. Also - right by the centre of St Austell being a 10 minute walk away, the Landhydrock House and picturesque coastline and beaches.
